2. Services
MGMK Fitness offers in-person and online personal training, custom nutrition coaching, virtual coaching, and related fitness services. Specific service descriptions, session counts, and program details are outlined at the time of purchase.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase services directly. Clients under 18 may participate with documented parental or guardian consent. By purchasing services, you represent that you have no medical condition that would make exercise dangerous without physician clearance.
4. Health & Medical Disclaimer
Consult your physician before beginning any exercise or nutrition program. MGMK Fitness trainers are certified fitness professionals — not medical doctors, dietitians, or licensed healthcare providers. Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. You participate in our programs at your own risk.
5. Payment, Packages, and Sessions
- All packages and sessions must be paid in advance.
- Sessions expire as specified in the package terms (typically within 90 days of purchase).
- Unused sessions are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the session.
6. Cancellation Policy
Sessions canceled with at least 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled. Cancellations with less notice may be charged at the full session rate at the trainer's discretion.
7. Liability and Assumption of Risk
You understand that physical exercise carries inherent risks, including injury. By participating in our programs, you assume all risks and release MGMK Fitness, its trainers, employees, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages, except where caused by gross negligence.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, training programs, and nutrition plans — is the property of MGMK Fitness LLC and protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.
9. SMS & Communications
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from MGMK Fitness for service updates, scheduling, and promotional content. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a client relationship for inappropriate behavior, harassment, non-payment, or violation of these terms. Refunds in such cases will follow our Refund Policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
12. Changes to These Terms
