1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MGMK Fitness website (the “Site”), mobile application, or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

2. Services Provided

MGMK Fitness provides personal training, nutrition coaching, and wellness programs both in-person, online, and through our mobile app. All information provided is for educational purposes only and should not be taken as medical advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent/guardian if younger, to purchase or participate in our programs.

4. Health Disclaimer

Before starting any exercise or nutrition program, consult with a qualified healthcare provider. Participation in any MGMK Fitness program is at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any injury, illness, or adverse outcome resulting from your participation.

5. Payment & Billing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Full payment is required before services are delivered unless otherwise stated in writing. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. To be eligible for a refund, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase. No refunds are issued after this period. Unused sessions or partial program participation are non-refundable. Subscription services will auto-renew unless canceled prior to the next billing date.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, workouts, nutrition plans, videos, and other content provided by MGMK Fitness are protected by copyright law. You may not copy, share, distribute, or reproduce any content without prior written consent.

8. User Conduct

You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only. Any harassment, abusive behavior, or violation of these Terms may result in termination of services without refund.

9. SMS & Email Communications

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from MGMK Fitness, including promotions, reminders, and updates. Standard message and data rates may apply. To opt out of SMS, text STOP to 866-646-5318. To opt out of emails, click “unsubscribe” in any email.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MGMK Fitness will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless and indemnify MGMK Fitness, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your participation in our services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most recent version will always be posted on our Site.
