REFUND POLICY

At MGMK Fitness, we are committed to delivering high-quality fitness, nutrition, and wellness services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases for programs, training packages, meal plans, subscriptions, and other services are non-refundable, except as outlined in this policy.

2. 24-Hour Cancellation Window

To be eligible for a refund, you must request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to trainingstaff@mgmkfitness.com within this timeframe.

  • Requests made after the 24-hour window will not be eligible for a refund.

3. No Refunds for Partial Use

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Unused sessions

  • Partially completed programs

  • Subscription services canceled after the renewal date

4. Subscription Renewals

Subscription services automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Refunds will not be issued for renewals that were not canceled in advance.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may be issued in rare cases where MGMK Fitness is unable to deliver the purchased service due to circumstances within our control. These exceptions are at the sole discretion of MGMK Fitness.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email your refund request to trainingstaff@mgmkfitness.com with the following details:

  • Full name

  • Email address used for purchase

  • Date and proof of purchase

  • Reason for the refund request
