I.How is MGMK different from a regular gym membership?
A gym gives you equipment. We give you a system. Custom training programmed for your body and schedule, nutrition built around what you actually eat, weekly check-ins, and a coach who knows you by name. Most clients stay with us for years — not weeks.
II.What if I'm a complete beginner?
Beginners are some of our favorite clients to work with. Every program starts where you are — no judgment, no assumptions, no embarrassing tests. We'll teach you the fundamentals properly so you build strength and confidence at the same time.
III.Where do you train clients?
Two ways. In your home — we bring the equipment, you save the commute. Virtual coaching — live sessions from anywhere in the world, same accountability, same programming. We don't run a gym for clients to visit — our office in Miami Lakes is administrative. The training comes to you.
IV.How quickly will I see results?
Most clients feel different in two weeks, see physical change in four to six, and have meaningful body composition shifts by twelve. We track this honestly — body comp, performance metrics, photos — so the progress is visible even when the scale isn't moving the way you'd expect.
V.What if I have an injury or limitation?
Then we program around it. Our team brings over two decades of combined experience working with clients managing knee surgeries, back issues, post-natal recovery, autoimmune conditions, and more. We'll coordinate with your doctor or physical therapist if needed.
VI.Is the free consult really free?
Yes. Fifteen minutes by phone or video. We learn your goals, your history, your schedule. We tell you honestly whether MGMK is the right fit. No pressure, no card required. If we're not the right call, we'll point you somewhere that is.
